Return, Refund and Replacement

As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily not allow on certain items. We will continue to pause returns of food, paper products, pharmacy items, household cleaning items, health and beauty products, laundry soap, and apparel.

Please note for all the product(s) return we will apply 14% restocking fee.

Customer satisfaction is especially important to us but return policy will very product to product, no return accepts under the list in Essential & Seasonal products categories. Product under Essential & Seasonal categories are final sale.

Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. To initiate a return for a return or replacement, please email us to stating your reason of return and attach images/video of the product.

If the item(s)/product(s) eligible for the return customer can return within 15 days from the delivery date. Return or refund or replacement will not process without the RMA number.

If you want to get the RMA number for your return or refund or replacement item(s) you should contact our return or replacement support team to with the following details Once they approved, they will generate the RMA number to your email. We will get back to you within 24 hours with your prior authorization & instructions.

In the event of a backorder on your replacement product, units will ship when available meantime it will ship to the delivery address same as on your order.

You must ship the return or replacement items(s)on or before 7 days from the RMA creation date.

If you’re not ship the items(s) back to us on time. We can’t process the refund or replacement to you on time. So, please make the sure to ship the item(s) to us on time for process the refund or replacement without any delay.

We may request the tracking numbers of your item(s). For the quick support and help please update your tracking number to our Return & Replacement team meantime they will follow up your RMA case.

If you wish to change the shipping method, you MUST contact the Return & Replacement department to before the replacement unit is shipped.

We do not refund or return original shipping charges.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item(s) to us for return or replacement. If you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment.

Please note once we received the returned item to our warehouse, we will inspect the merchandise & process a refund back to Your Credit/Debit card from which original payment was made.

All refunds will process within 14 business days from the return received date.

Order Cancellation before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 12 hours to receive a full refund.

Contact us to you must mention the reason for the cancellation immediately.

Order Cancellation after Shipment

If you want to cancel your order after 12 hours from the order place time or you want to cancel the order after the shipment, we can stop but we don’t have any control or guarantee on the shipment.
