Shipping Information

We will provide the free standard shipping mostly all product/s within United States only. If the product mention email/digital delivery free those product/s only eligible for free email/digital delivery only, please check the shipping fee on the online order.

If you want your get your order/item fast track on Next Day Air or Second Day delivery service, you must pay small amount of money to upgrade the fast track service price will very according to the service. Please contact support@ustopup.com for more details.

If we received your order(s) by on or before 01.00 pm EST on weekdays mostly will ship on same day. If the order received by after 01.00 pm EST on weekdays, we’ll process the order on next business day. Weekend order will ship next business day, except fast track order(s). Fast track orders will ship according to the customer request.

Once we shipped your order from our fulfillment center tracking notification(s) will automatically generate to your email. We will use USPS/FedEx/UPS shipping carriers depending on shipping zone(s), quantity & weight.

Standard Shipping will take three to seven business days depend on the shipping zone(s).

Order processing and delivery time frame; Some customers may experience longer delivery due to COVID-19.


Order Cancellation before Shipment

Return, Refund and Replacement

As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily not allow on certain items. In the event of a backorder on your replacement product, units will ship when available meantime it will ship to the delivery address same as on your order.

You must ship the return or replacement items(s)on or before 7 days from the RMA creation date. If you’re not ship the items(s) back to us on time. We can’t process the refund or replacement to you on time. So, please make the sure to ship the item(s) to us on time for process the refund or replacement without any delay.

We may request the tracking numbers of your item(s). For the quick support and help please update your tracking number to our Return & Replacement team support@ustopup.com meantime they will follow up your RMA case.

If you wish to change the shipping method, you MUST contact the Return & Replacement department to support@ustopup.com before the replacement unit is shipped. We do not refund or return original shipping charges.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item(s) to us for return or replacement. If you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment.

Please note once we received the returned item to our warehouse, we will inspect the merchandise & process a refund back to Your Credit/Debit card from which original payment was made.

All refunds will process within 14 business days from the return received date.


Product Warranty

If the product comes with the warranty, we’ll mention on the product details. If the product does not mention the warranty on the product details product/item does not come with the warranty.
